Performing Rights Organizations - In order to get paid performance royalties when you license your music in Television, you need to join a "Performing Rights Organization".  PRO's are non profit organizations who collect and distribute money to musicians for music used in TV, Radio and other media outlets. 

The three main PRO's in the U.S. are:
